Program Overview

RD Rubber Technology Corporation offers a 6-12 month paid internship. The internship program exposes interns to work on assignments that will expand their knowledge from their college courses and give students a professional work environment and hands-on experience in multiple areas of our business. This position is onsite, and the Intern is expected to work 15 to 25 hours per week. The hours are flexible, but are expected to be between 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.

Program Details:

Job Title: Customer Service Intern
Eligibility: Open to senior year students in local four-year colleges working on their Bachelor's degree.
Duration: 6 – 12 months
Location: Onsite, Santa Fe Springs, CA
Compensation: $20 per hour
Hours: 15-25 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Work in various departments such as Customer Service, Purchasing and Scheduling.
Front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and general document control.
Proofreading documents and supporting special projects related to office operations.
Regularly interacts with the Engineering department and the production team.
